How to choose a hotel in Rimini

The city has sprawled along the coast and walking along the coast in the evening is a favourite pastime for tourists. If you are mainly interested in the sea, the location of hotel does not make a big difference. Buses ply along the coast, and you can always travel to the downtown and come back easily by a bus.

Special feature of beaches: a seawall made of stones for protection from the waves is built in all the districts towards north of Rimini. However, the city centre and southern areas are not protected.

Difference in price: the most expensive hotels are, of course, located in the heart of Rimini or in buildings overseeing the sea. If you want to cut down your expenses, we recommend you to book a hotel in a more remote locality of the city and not directly facing the sea. Price in the second line is much cheaper, and the difference in distance from the sea is only about 30 meters.
